How do I get to Tolo?
The easiest way to get to Tolo is from Nafplion by bus or taxi. The distance is only 12 kilometers.
From Athens: by car or bus. If you choose to travel by car follow the Athens-Patras highway and after Corinth turn left at the exit towards Tripoli. Then continue on Corinth-Tripoli highway and turn at the exit for Argos. Pass through Argos, reach Nafplion and continue to Tolo. Nafplion is 148 kilometers from Athens (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes)
Buses from Athens depart for Nafplion daily approx. every hour.
Are animals allowed on board?
Yes, they are, but please contact us first at 2752059430 or sales@pegasus-cruises.gr and only if our 4-legged friend is on a leash. Animals are allowed at the open spaces of the ship, not in the closed lounges.
What must I have with me?
You must have your ticket or reservation voucher. Optionally, you might want to have a hat, sunscreen, bathing suit and beach towel. If you have children with you, it’s proven convenient to have some kind of boarding game for them to play while on board, as well as some snacks for breakfast.
Are the seats pre-defined?
No, you may sit wherever you want. You can choose between the air-conditioned lounges, the outside covered decks or the top open deck which offers the opportunity even for a sunbathe!
Is there a car park near the port?
Yes, there is a quite spacious car park right above the port of Tolo which is free of charge. You might face a small problem finding a free space in August, so it’s best that you arrive at the port quite early.
Is there always availability on the cruises? Can I appear at the port in the morning and board the ship?
Usually there is availability, somedays though (like 1st of May, greek bank holidays, 15th of August) or if there is a reservation from a large group, the ship might be full. So, you must secure your reservation by phone at 2752059430 or at sales@pegasus-cruises.gr so that you don’t arrive at the port and not being able to travel.
Do you offer pick up service from the hotels?
We don’t offer transportation from/to the hotels of Tolo, most of them are quite close to the port, all it takes is a 5-10 minute walk to reach the ship. If you’re staying further away, you can come to the port in your car and park it at the free car park just above the port. If you are coming from Nafplion, you can catch our coach which departs at 8 o’clock from various stops in Nafplion – all you have to do is ask for this transportation from the tourist agent where you issue your ticket. The cost is 6 euros for both rides (morning and evening, for the return).
I forgot something on board. How can I get it back?
All personal belongings are the responsibility of each passenger.
If however, something is forgotten on board, please contact us as soon as possible at 2752059430 or at sales@pegasus-cruises.gr. We’ll do our best to find the forgotten object and return it to you, without though being responsible if this item can’t be found. If we need to send it to you by taxi or courier, there might be an extra charge, something we’ll discuss with you before sending.
I have a mobility difficulty. Can I join the cruise?
Of course. Pegasus Cruises ships are accessible and adjustable to people with mobility difficulties. (the main deck, not the 2 above that). When you make your reservation please inform us and we’ll see to it that you have a smooth access on board using a special ramp.
Is there food on board?
There is a snack bar on board that offers variety of coffees, soft drinks and other beverages as well as snacks such as crackers, chips, biscuits and croissants at reasonable prices. If you wish to have a sandwich with you or some kind of snack to eat on the way, there is no problem on our part.
